Order are generally processed with 72 business hours of being received. When processing occurs a automatic email is generated containing a receipt and parcel tracking information.

Delivery courier depends on the size of order and shipping method selected. Generally most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS.) If another courier is used it will be designated with parcel tracking number.

In the email please indicated your Invoice/Order No. (upper right corner of Packing Slip) noting the issue with the order received. Generally email are answered within 24-48 hrs of receipt. We include a Packing Slip with every order and make every attempt to process every order correctly. Our goal is total customer satisifaction and will work hard to resolve any issues.

We work hard to strike a balance between too rigid for little fingers, yet strong enough to hold back finger snacks when the cup is tipped or dropped. For some fingers, the flaps seem too rigid.

We have found that by putting them through a dishwasher drying cycle (wash and full dry) the heat from the drying cycle will release some of rigidity of the flaps and soften them up. If you don't have a dishwashwer, trying steaming them for 5 - 10 minutes. Again, the heat from the steam will release some of the rigidity.

All of Mossworld/Made For Mom and Snack-Trap products have always been BPA free since day one. No problem using the older models!

Although we don't recommend dishwasher use with our products, it is safe to do so. We have found that the high heat of the dishwasher may release SOME of the strength of the flaps, making them less effective at holding back the snacks. If this is not a concern, feel free to use the dishwasher, top rack only.
